Regional events to be scheduled - please check back for more information
Executives responsible for managing the sustainability strategy for their enterprise are under pressure to align and justify their activities with their company’s business strategy while showing a return on investment. While the titles for these leaders may vary, they all share responsibilities and challenges such as:
- Where do we start?
- What are the best practices that other companies have implemented: what has worked and what pitfalls should we avoid?
- How do I best communicate, motivate, mitigate (risk) and meet the needs of ALL stakeholders – internal and external?
- What activities should we employ now to get the best return and what is our longer-term strategy?
- How do we benchmark, monitor and manage our activities and investments?
This Boot Camp is a program designed and led by experienced sustainability practitioners and faculty. The Boot Camp will provide the skills and best practices that sustainability leaders need to maximize their effectiveness. Participants will work together in facilitated sessions on how to design and manage their company’s sustainability plan--while ensuring that their work supports the company’s values and addresses the need for ROI.
Participant Profile:
This signature program brings together executives that have budget and/or responsibility to create and manage the company’s sustainability strategy and initiatives.
The Objective of the Boot Camp is to:
- Educate sustainability executives about how to set and implement the right strategy.
- Integrate into the overall business strategy via a systematic process of prioritizing sustainability initiatives to gain the best return on investment. The Boot Camp will introduce the most effective and efficient ways to build, manage, maintain, measure and benchmark sustainability strategies and activities.
